By using the MNTRA storefront, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and to any additional product-specific licensing terms attached to the purchase.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the storefront or complete a purchase.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs through your account.

MNTRA may suspend or restrict access where necessary to prevent abuse, fraud, licensing misuse, or disruption to the service.

MNTRA sells digital instruments, effects, and related software products. Purchases grant the license rights described for the product; they do not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

License delivery, download access, and activation workflows may depend on third-party systems and product-specific licensing infrastructure. Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or circumvention of those systems may result in suspension of access.

For MNTRA sample-library and Omniverse content, the license permits use in finished creative works such as music, film, games, trailers, installations, sound design, and sample-based composition. The license does not transfer ownership of the source recordings, raw multitracks, archives, metadata, or preview media.

You may not redistribute, resell, leak, share, scrape, repackage, or make available MNTRA source files, archives, raw multitracks, mic positions, full-resolution delivery files, or public preview payloads except where a product license explicitly allows it.

MNTRA content is not licensed for AI model training, dataset building, sample extraction libraries, source reconstruction, fingerprint libraries, or any service or product intended to reproduce, classify, resell, or expose the original library content.

Public previews are curated excerpts and demonstrations. They are provided for evaluation only and may not be harvested, redistributed, or used as dataset material.

Paid downloads may include license receipts and delivery records associated with the issued download, account, order, product, and purchase context.

Delivery records do not transfer ownership of MNTRA products or expand the license rights granted to the buyer.

MNTRA may use license and delivery records to provide support, investigate abuse, enforce licensing, and protect the catalog from unauthorized redistribution or dataset extraction.

Prices, discounts, bundles, and promotional offers may change without notice unless already confirmed as part of a completed purchase.

Payments are processed by authorized payment providers. MNTRA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders when fraud, pricing errors, or operational risk are detected.

Refunds for digital products are governed by the MNTRA refund policy available at /refund.

Submitting a purchase does not guarantee refund eligibility if the product has already been delivered and the request does not meet the stated criteria.

All MNTRA products, branding, source recordings, software, graphics, copy, and storefront materials remain the property of MNTRA or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected material except where the applicable product license explicitly allows it.

The storefront and digital products are provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. MNTRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the storefront or products.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
