Refund Policy

Because our instruments and effects are delivered as digital licences, purchases are final once the product is downloaded or redeemed.

We will refund duplicate charges, accidental purchases requested before download or redemption within 14 days, and purchases where the product cannot be made to function on a published supported configuration after a reasonable support attempt.

Any refunded licence and its activations will be revoked.

Where a free trial is available, such as the 30-day Living Sky trial, please use it to confirm compatibility and fit before purchasing.

To request a refund, email support@mntra.io with your order number, the product involved, and a brief explanation of the issue.

We may offer troubleshooting, replacement guidance, or a refund depending on the circumstances and the delivery state of the product.
