These terms apply when downloading, installing, and using MNTRA products.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for protecting your login information and for activity connected to your account.
If you believe a third party has accessed your account, contact support@mntra.io immediately.
Ownership
Licensed, not sold.
- Title, copyright, intellectual property rights, and distribution rights for MNTRA instruments, audio engine, audio effects, audio content, and site content remain with La Hacienda Creative Inc. / MNTRA.
- MNTRA licenses its audio engine, instruments, audio effects, and audio assets for use. Ownership of those products and content is not transferred.
- The look and feel of the software are part of the intellectual property rights covered by this agreement.
Protection
Source content stays protected.
MNTRA instruments and tools may not be modified, reverse engineered, hacked, or decompiled through current or future technologies. Failure to comply with the license terms is considered a material breach.
MNTRA reserves the right to protect licensed products against unauthorized distribution and account misuse.
You can
- Use MNTRA instruments and sounds in your own compositions, library music, commercial work, and client or media projects without additional fees.
- Install MNTRA software instruments and sounds on multiple machines as long as you are the person using the library and are not sharing your license with others.
You cannot
- Do not copy MNTRA instruments or samples, in whole or in part, with the intent to redistribute, sell, or give them away.
- Do not make MNTRA content available on a network or through internet file-sharing services.
- Do not re-use or re-package MNTRA instruments or sound content inside another virtual instrument or sample library.
- Do not resell or transfer MNTRA products, or any part of a product, to a third party.
- Do not use MNTRA audio products for AI training, machine learning, or dataset creation.
Purchases and refunds
Purchase and refund terms are tied to the delivery of digital products and the payment method used at checkout.
- Prices are published on the website and through third-party distributors or marketing partners, and may change without prior notice.
- Any associated tax will be shown in the purchase order.
- Payment is completed online by the available payment methods. If payment is not authorized, delivery is not guaranteed and the order may be cancelled.
- Refunds are not available once a product download has taken place. Refund requests are evaluated according to this agreement.
Responsibility
The act of installing MNTRA products on your computer system implies that you agree to the terms and conditions.
- Using MNTRA products and supplied software is at the licensee's own risk.
- MNTRA is not responsible for direct or indirect loss arising from product use.
- This agreement may be terminated without previous notice if there is a breach.
- The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

If there is any content ownership doubt, complaint, or license question, contact MNTRA support.
Only legitimate email addresses and services are allowed for MNTRA accounts. MNTRA reserves the right to ban or delete accounts using unsafe or burner-domain addresses.
MNTRA products are licensed for creative work.
Use MNTRA sounds in finished creative work, protect your account, and do not redistribute or repackage the source material.
